Event entrance is at the bottom of the long stairway from the Westminster City Park Recreation Center.
Top Taco happens rain or shine!
Bring your ID. This event is for 21+ only and you will not be able to enter without it. ANY persons under 21 years old will be turned away at the gate.
Small bags approximately 15″ and smaller will be searched and allowed in. Please pack lightly so we can get you into the festival as fast as possible!
Empty water bottles are permitted; you will be asked to empty any water bottles.
Yes! We will have Pepsi products and water clearly marked in various locations around the festival. FREE water is available in the festival, empty water bottles are permitted.
Absolutely no one under 21 years of age will be allowed in the event (this includes babies). All guests will be ID checked prior to entry. Please leave your children at home. We aren’t afraid they will drink, we just don’t want them in the vicinity of adults who are drinking.

All tickets are non-refundable. Top Taco Festival does not offer cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges. Please be sure you have selected the correct ticket level and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. Tickets are non-transferable and will only be accepted for Top Taco Festival 2025.
NO PETS! Pets are not permitted. Service and working animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy.
No smoking. Smoking is not allowed at the event.
