This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pearl Publishing Media Group, LLC, doing business as DiningOut Events (“Sponsor”), Denver, Colorado.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Pearl Publishing Media Group, LLC, Colibri Boutique Hotels, participating restaurants, event vendors, sponsors, and their affiliated entities are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
The Sweepstakes begins on June 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM Mountain Time and ends on June 25, 2026 at 9:00 PM Mountain Time.
Eligible individuals may enter by either:
A. Casting an official Top Taco Denver voting ballot during the event; or
B. Completing the free online entry form available at DiningOut.com/Tulum during the Promotion Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.
Entries must include entrant’s full name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or automated entries may be disqualified.
One (1) winner will receive:
Four (4) nights / five (5) days accommodations for two (2) guests at winner’s choice of the following participating Colibri Boutique Hotels properties in Tulum, Mexico, subject to availability:
• La Zebra
• Mi Amor
• Mezzanine
• Nevana
Prize includes:
• Four-night resort stay for two
• Welcome drinks for two
• Taco dinner for two including one margarita per guest
• Mezcal or tequila tasting for two OR guacamole-making class for two
• Applicable lodging taxes and resort fees
Prize does not include:
• Airfare
• Airport transfers
• Ground transportation
• Additional food or beverages
• Spa services
• Excursions
• Gratuities
• Travel insurance
• Passport, visa, or travel documentation costs
• Any expenses not specifically stated
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,840.00
Prize components are valued as follows:
• Four-night resort stay: $2,400
• Welcome drinks: $40
• Taco dinner for two: $200
• Tasting experience or class: $200
Total ARV: $2,840.00
No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of prize is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation.
Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least fourteen (14) days in advance.
Blackout dates include:
• November 26–30
• December 20–January 20
• Easter Weekend (April 25–29)
Additional blackout dates may apply based on resort occupancy.
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about June 25, 2026.
The winner may be announced during Top Taco Denver but need not be present to win.
Potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at entry.
Winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification.
Failure to respond, provide requested documentation, execute required releases, or satisfy eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and may issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Colibri Boutique Hotels to use winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Pearl Publishing Media Group, LLC, d/b/a DiningOut Events, Colibri Boutique Hotels, participating restaurants, sponsors, venue operators, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Information collected from entrants may be used by Sponsor for administration of the Sweepstakes and for future marketing communications from DiningOut Events and its affiliated brands, subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
For the name of the winner, send a written request to Pearl Publishing Media Group, LLC within ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
